The group email list of WA walkers is up over 40 now! I'm really excited! I'm still waiting for the contact information for the WA walkers from the Vancouver event so I'm sure that our numbers will only grow!

I've been absolutely swamped at work so rather than working out on my lunch hour...I've been sleeping. Pretty bad huh! Well I just got done booking a ski trip in about 3 weeks to Tahoe so I'd better get my little self back to the gym!! The condo booking information kept reminding me of the elevation...7500 feet. I'm thinking I'd better be as in shape as I can get for this one@
