And the countdown begins...

Only three more days til Vancouver! I've been busy sending out the Cheering Stations to my friends and family. I'm hoping some of them make the trip up north to cheer us on. It makes such a huge difference to see familiar faces on the event.

Physically I think I'm ready. I've dismissed the (foolish) idea of buying another pair of shoes before the event and instead I'm focusing on regaining my energy after my bug bout last week. I've started the "pile" that will eventually end up packed in my bag and I'm working on the placard I'll carry with me as I walk honoring loved ones that have fought this monster.
