A bit emotional for me today as I was met with huge hugs from many of the 3 Day community that I hadn't seen since Sean's death. There just isn't any easy way to talk about his accident and yet I'm so grateful when people ask.

I'm not sure this makes sense but to hear other people say Sean's name out loud somehow helps me. If you are reading this please never feel awkward about saying his name to me. By saying his name or sharing stories you aren't causing me any pain at all. You are allowing me to talk about my child. Sean will always be my son just as much as Jason is. I will always want to talk about him and hear about him just like his brother. I hope that makes some kind of sense!
