I've been very bad about updating here the last few weeks. Crazy busy is my best excuse.

Now I find myself just a couple days away from traveling to Vancouver to support their walk as their Sweep Captain and only a bit more than a week away from leading my team of Kindred Spirits out of Opening Ceremonies in Seattle. Each year I find myself wondering how the heck the events got here so fast. This year is a bit different because of the weird time warp that I've been living since Sean's death but I still can't believe we are just days away from the event.

I'm absolutely swamped with last minute details for both events but am doing my best to remind myself to stop and remember why. Quiet time is scarce right now but I will not let these events pass me by without immersing myself in the why once again.
