Well kiddo you are obviously very close to me today. As you know I've been struggling with the decision to leave my job at Dex. Today I did it - with grace and class and I know without a doubt that you are proud of me. I taught you to make the best of where you were at but to make good decisions about when it was time to move on. I took my own advice, learned the lesson I taught you, and left a toxic environment. I'm scared but so excited about my new business.

Hang out with me when you can and let me know you're around. BTW - thanks for the unexpected signs the last couple days. Hearing that ski radio buried in your stuff suddenly crackling to life after a year definately got the point across!! :-)
