So I've begun packing in preparation of having your brother, Elisha and your nephew buy this house. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that they will be here but as I suspected the packing process may turn out to be a bit harder than I anticipated. I've only just begun and I've stumbled into so many memories of you already. Photos I forgot I had, a very precious recording of your voice (which made me smile), and ghosts of you in my head when I look around.

It helps a bit to know that you had visited the house we will be moving into. I hope I'll be able to look around and picture you there working in the yard as you did. On the other hand I'm going to need you as close as you can get the next month or so. Lots of change, lots of emotion.
