I'm feeling a bit guilty for not walking at lunch! Work is so crazy right now that I haven't really even taken a lunch this week, let alone walk!

Tomorrow directly after work I leave for Birch Bay. I'm holding a scrapbooking retreat this weekend which will be a lot of fun, but a lot of work for me too. If the weather is decent maybe I can sneak in 2 or 3 miles before my guests wake up. I'd love to walk along the beach up there.

I received a copy of the Houseparty Speaker information and I'm seriously considering volunteering for that role. I think I'd have to either wait for Orientations to slow down or cut back on the number I help out with though. Between work, teaching scrapbook classes and the 3 Day stuff I'm already doing something would have to give or I'd never see my family again. That would kinda defeat the purpose!
