So I'm sitting here feeling guilty about not working out at lunch when I decide to remind a co-worker that he hadn't given me his pledge yet. He makes a special trip to the ATM (he doesn't do checks) just to get cash for this cause. He hands me $100 and says, "I hope this helps someone." Somehow this simple statement once again slammed it home for me. This is about helping nameless "someones." It's not about me, my workouts, or my issues.
