Last night Jason, his friend TJ and I took a field trip to Ft Ebey to confirm driving directions and check out our campsites for next weekend. It was a beautiful evening for a drive that ended up being a bit longer when we missed the 8:30 ferry and got to hand out til 9:30 for the next one. Oops.

We did find that our walk routes look good. The beach is still set up perfectly for lunch and Jason is now familiar with the "Sweep" route he'll be driving next weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by our campsites too. Even though I reserved them one at a time as more campers came on board we have sites that are very close to each other. The walk in site is huge and I'll definitely be using it for at least one if not two of the biggest tents. The second site is a bit smaller but has great parking for the extra vehicles and the main site is set up great to be used as a dining hall, meet place, etc. This is going to work out great! I'm getting excited!
