I'm so glad to see that Sean's bench will soon be at the Park in Everett. Yesterday as I was walking, I felt such peace and healing as I touched the textures of evergreens, blooming cherry trees, and tall grasses stiff from winter. Sometimes I think nature is the best place to a heal raw soul. My wish for you Penny: That Sean's bench will be a grounding spot and center for you to feel a range - from relaxing into, to even perhaps one day (dare I say it?) joyously dancing in the peace and healing nature offers.
