I really enjoyed the Training Kick-off 3 mile walk at Bellevue Square. I was at the 10AM walk, and even though I was very sore that day, and 2 days after, I felt invigorated and inspired to continue on with the training. In fact, I walked another 3 miles today, as the training schedule suggested. I'm not nearly as sore as I was on Saturday, so that's progress! I definitely plan on signing up for the Campout Weekend on Whidbey Island this July. It's amazing to me that a (former) couch potato can really change for the better, and do all these things.
